About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Sales & Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing TechZen/Cytech team. You will be responsible for engaging with clients, handling sales inquiries, managing online sales channels, and supporting our digital marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales channels: Facebook, WhatsApp, and TechZen.shop e-commerce website
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and process invoices
- Follow up on deliveries and payment collection
- Maintain product listings on the website and WhatsApp catalog
- Support marketing campaigns (Facebook/Instagram ads, promotions, content publishing)
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Familiar with social media platforms and online marketing
- Experience with e-commerce tools (WooCommerce/Zoho) is an advantage
- Energetic, proactive, and results-driven
