Information we collect

When you contact Cytech or apply for a position, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, company information, application details, CV, supporting documents, and the information needed to respond to your request.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to inquiries, provide support, prepare quotations, manage client relationships, assess recruitment applications, and improve services.

Recruitment documents

Documents submitted through the job application form are validated and sent to the Cytech team by email. They are not saved in a public website folder. Cytech may retain recruitment correspondence for a reasonable period to assess the application and meet business or legal requirements.

Third-party services

The production contact form endpoint, hosting platform, analytics, and email systems should be documented here before launch if they are enabled.
